AI assistants for business

ArtiClerk gives a business its own AI assistant, Arti. Arti answers customers in their language, asks the right questions, builds orders and drafts documents such as proforma invoices. Nothing important is sent without the owner’s approval. Ask Arti.

The problem

Small and mid-sized businesses lose customers to unanswered messages and missed calls: a trader answering the same questions in three languages, a tradesperson on a roof who cannot pick up the phone. Staffing every channel and every time zone is expensive.

What the platform does

Arti works from the company’s own catalog, prices and rules. It answers questions, collects the details, prepares an order or a draft proforma and hands it to the owner. It can bring a deal to the point of closing, but the decision always stays with a person.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect

The company adds its catalog, prices and rules, and Arti learns how the business works.

  2. 2

    Answer

Arti replies to customers in their language: web chat first, messaging apps next.

  3. 3

    Prepare

It builds orders, drafts proforma invoices and collects requests, with every detail in place.

  4. 4

    Approve

The owner reviews and sends. Arti never sends a commitment on its own.

Who it is for

Trading companies in free zones, starting with ZonaFranca X members, and service businesses and tradespeople who miss calls while they work.

Where it is today

The brand is ready. The first product in development is an AI dispatcher for ZonaFranca X companies: web chat on the company page, multilingual from day one. A voice assistant that answers calls for tradespeople comes next.
