The problem

Reviews can be bought, faked or left by people who never paid for anything. A professional’s reputation is locked inside each platform and starts from zero on the next one. Clients cannot tell a proven professional from a well-marketed one.

What the platform does

Points come only from a paid invoice: the payment is the proof. They can never be bought, sold or transferred. Clients rate simply, from 1 to 5, and the record is kept per role and category, so a great electrician is not automatically shown as a great plumber.
