Who we are

This website is operated by AmerVenture. For any question about your data, write to the contact address shown in the footer of every page.

What we collect

When you send a request through the contact form: your name, work email, company (if given), country, the platform and topic you chose, your message, the language of the page and the page you sent it from.

When you subscribe to The AmerVenture Brief: your email address, your language and whether you confirmed the subscription.

When you visit the site: our server keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. One functional cookie remembers the language you chose.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and continue the conversation you started.
• To send The AmerVenture Brief, only after you confirmed your subscription.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Our hosting provider, which runs the servers this site uses.
• Resend, which delivers our emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled, which checks that form submissions come from people and not bots.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept while we are in contact and for up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe; every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to us at the contact address and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
