A company that builds its own platforms and helps partners build theirs.
What we do
AmerVenture develops and operates digital platforms for real-world markets: tourism, home services, work, physical assets, product distribution and the working day of independent professionals. Each platform is its own company with its own market and brand.
Alongside our own portfolio, we work with founders and companies who want to turn an idea into a working product, and with partners who want to bring one of our platforms to their country.
Why the physical world
Software is becoming easier to build every year. The hard part is everything around it: a guest at a hotel pool, a family clearing out a house, a technician with a gap in the afternoon, a building whose history is lost every time it is sold. We build for those moments, where software has to meet people, places and work that cannot be automated away.
How we work
We run every project, ours or a partner’s, the same way:
- Decisions are written down before code is written.
- Work is delivered in phases, and each phase ends with a working demo.
- Nothing moves forward without explicit approval.
- Platforms launch with search in mind and grow organically, without depending on paid advertising.
What we are not
We are not an investment fund, and we do not promise returns. Co-ventures and regional partnerships are agreed individually, project by project, with terms both sides understand.
