One asset, one passport, one continuous history
Buildings, machines and vehicles outlive their owners, but their history rarely survives a sale. Why physical assets need a record that follows them.

Troolink
Digital asset passports
A digital passport for buildings, equipment and fleets. Service records and warranties are kept in one place and follow the asset when it changes owners, while each owner controls who can see what.
The history of a building, a machine or a vehicle lives in paper files, emails and the memory of whoever serviced it last. When the asset changes hands, most of that history is lost.
Every asset gets a passport. Service businesses add records of the work they did, owners decide who sees which part of the history, and warranty coverage that belongs to the asset stays with it across ownership changes. The history starts the day the asset joins Troolink, with a dated record of its condition.
The asset joins with a dated baseline of its current state.
Authorized service providers add service records.
The owner decides who can see which part of the history.
When the asset is sold, the passport goes with it.
Owners and buyers of property and equipment, service businesses, and organizations that manage many assets.
In development. The core is built and running in a private preview, and the public launch is being prepared.
